NZ Marketing Magazine publishes Bullet PR thought leadership on media relations

April’s issue of NZ marketing magazine, New Zealand’s leading marketing publication has published a thought leadership article by Bullet PR. Written by Nicholas O’Flaherty, Bullet PR’s Managing Director, the article is entitled “You’re Blocked” and discusses an example of Media Relations gone wrong, the famous Chris Anderson blog post. The article highlights the need for PR practitioners to make sure their pitch is being directed to the most relevant journalist and/or publication. It reminds PR practitioners to be familiar with the content of the publication; personalise the pitch; and set realistic expectations with clients.
