Following on from the success of the first Met Opera Series screening of Romeo & Juliet,  The Arts Channel and law firm Minter Ellison Rudd Watts this week presented Hansel & Gretel, the second in a series of HD filmed performances by the acclaimed New York Metropolitan Opera Company.

Bullet PR’s Nicholas O’Flaherty, Paul Matthews and Mike Shaw joined guests at Northcote Point’s Bridgeway Cinema, including Dame Catherine Tizard, actors Shane Cortese and Amanda Billing, musician Tim Beveridge and Arts Channel owner David Ross.

The next in the Met Opera Series is Giuseppe Verdi’s Macbeth, screening in selected cinemas in September.
